- Adds a retained MQTT Last Will so unexpected power or network loss can be reported as offline.
- Publishes a retained presence heartbeat every 60 seconds with a 20-second MQTT keepalive.
- Keeps the last successful heartbeat timestamp accurate when a publish fails.
- Updates the web installer and release metadata for Base 1.2.2.
