Privacy Policy

This privacy statement describes how David Galindo ("we") handles your information when you use the GifMotion app on iOS or Windows.
The short version: GifMotion works entirely on your device and collects nothing.
We do not collect, store or transmit any personal information. GifMotion has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.
The photos you import and the GIFs you create are processed and stored only on your device, inside the app's own storage. They never leave your device unless you explicitly share them using the system share sheet.
Photo library access is only used when you pick a photo to animate or save a finished GIF back to your library. Camera access is only used when you choose to shoot a photo from inside the app.
The "faces" animation mode detects faces using your device's built-in, on-device image analysis (Apple's Vision framework on iOS). No image or detection result is sent anywhere.
We do not share your information with any third parties, because we never have it in the first place.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
