  • Makefile — Compose V2 plugin with docker-compose fallback (REQ-MAKE-010); absolute docker path so Make does not hit a local ./docker/ directory; optional -include of monorepo .scripts helpers so standalone CI checkouts do not fail (REQ-MAKE-009).
  • PHP-CS-Fixer — fully_qualified_strict_types.import_symbols enabled; FQCN imports cleaned in src/ / tests.
  • CI — actions/checkout bumped to v7.
