NVDA is slow to respond when arrowing through a list or any formatting in libre Office writer #17864
Description
Steps to reproduce:
Open any document in libre office writer with a list or other formatting and arrow down through the document.
Actual behavior:
There is a delay when arrowing through a list or table.
Expected behavior:
there should be no delay when arrowing through a list, table or any other formatting just like when arrowing through plain text
