Feature Request: Add options for speech, beeps or off when toggling Magnifier

I frequently toggle the magnifier quickly or often, and the voice prompts are a bit too verbose for me.

Could you be more specific? Which notification(s) is/are too verbose for you? Can you copy/paste the messages you would like to be removed or changed to beep?

To me, the start magnifier notification is much too verbose: there is no need to list the value of all the parameter the magnifier starts with, e.g. zoom, focus mode, etc. "Magnifier enabled". Other messages seem OK.

Yes, basically there are only start and exit notifications.

The exit message does not seem too verbose to me. But replacing "Starting Magnifier" and "Exiting Magnifier" with "Magnifier started" / "Magnifier enabled" and ">Magnifier stopped" / "Magnifier disabled" would probably be message more similar to other NVDA messages.

The same way "Color filter changed to Grayscale" is quite long and unusual as an NVDA message. I'd recommend "Color filter Grayscale" instead for something more standard and shorter.

We could even remove "Color filter" and just report "Grayscale" / "Normal" / "Inverted", taking in consideration that the user already knows they have pressed the cycle color filter command. But this patter is less common in NVDA and we may argue that beginners need a confirmation of the command they have pressed.

By the way, "Grayscale" (with "a") or "Greyscale" (with "e")? On one hand, NVDA is rather based on British English, not US. On the other hand, "Grayscale" (with "a") is much more common in SW context. Native speakers please speak out here!
