Sonic has been updated to the latest commit.

None, this is a developer/backend changes.

Description of development approach:

Only new files were fetched. Changes were made to the Sonic's build system. It is believed that NVDA's build system does not need to be updated.

Testing strategy:

Compile NVDA. The compilation must be successful.
