Fix assertion trigger when toggle capslock

Triggered assertion (when toggling caps lock) results in the following log output:

Replacing wx.CallLater with core.callLater in keyboardHandler.KeyboardInputGesture.reportExtra runs cleanly. I exercised this code path by toggling caps-lock.
