Summary of the issue:

Pyscreeze 0.1.17 (depended upon by pyautogui) which we need for systemTests, has missing files and cannot be installed.

Description of how this pull request fixes the issue:

for now, Manually install pyscreeze 0.1.13 before installing pyautogui as this is the last version that can be successfully installed.

Testing performed:

Successfully build a try build and systemTests passed.

None.
