• Select several slides in the sidebar and move them together. ⌘/Ctrl-click
  adds a slide to the selection, ⇧-click selects a range from the current one,
  and dragging any selected slide moves the whole selection as a block, in its
  order, as one undoable step; Delete removes the selection with the usual
  warning about states and links. A slide's interactive states now travel with
  it when it is dragged — before this a moved slide left its states behind,
  nested under whatever slide was now before them. Asked for in discussion
