This commit intends to remove the taxon restrictions [never in taxon](http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/RO_0002161) [Carnivora](http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/NCBITaxon_33554) and [Chiroptera](http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/NCBITaxon_9397) applied to [Harderian gland](http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/UBERON_0004187) to resolve some logical contradictions. If applied, this commit will fix #2235.
