Permission to publish OBS logo under CC BY 4.0?

Hi OBS — we're publishing a paper in Scientific Reports (CC BY 4.0) with a figure showing the OBS logo, and the journal requires written permission from the copyright holder to publish it under that license (print + digital). Is this something OBS can grant, and if so, who's the right person to confirm it in writing?
