• Adding users to the dune-dev team of the OCaml Github organization (@Leonidas-from-XIV)
  • From https://discuss.ocaml.org/t/the-ocaml-github-org-now-requires-2fa/18221
  • This is supposed to allow better management of perms going forward, but there are issues with the management of the ocaml organization, Rudi will work this out with Ali.
• Release process (@Alizter)
  • Obligation to other packages
    • e.g., with 3.24, bin layouts slowing down releases
    • who carries responsibility for this?
      • Shon: opam-repo maintainers
  • Revdeps coverage: can we move these further into the dev cycle
    • we only just added this so we can see how this pans out
• Merging:
  • Should we squash and merge or just merge?
    • Both acceptable, but merging should be for when you have clean history
  • Let's add a PR template for
    • changelog entry for user-facing changes
    • documentation added for any user-facing changes
