New @ocaml.org adress and change in the coc-help@ocaml.org mailing list

As you can read in this discuss post, we're rotating one member of the Code of Conduct team: I'm leaving the team and @shonfeder is joining. We need to reflect that change in the mailing list. Could you do the following, @avsm or @xavierleroy?

1. Create a shon@ocaml.org for @shonfeder .
2. Update the coc-help@ocaml.org list: add shon@ocaml.org and remove sonja@ocaml.org .

For 1.: @shonfeder is sending you a mail containing his private mail adress that the shon@ocaml.org mails should be forwarded to.

Once those two things are done, I'll update the CoC member list on the CoC itself and on the ocaml.org page.

For the email address, I was expecting a mail from @shonfeder, and I don't think I received it. Sorry if there was a msisunderstanding. Will be happy to create the email on ocaml.org once I know where to redirect it.
