ImGui windows do not respond to mouse clicks after updating version of imgui

Hi! I've worked with ImGui master branch and it was nice. I am now trying to switch to docking 1.89 from two years old master and all windows become unresponsive to mouse clicks however I can see that hovering works fine. Anybody has a clue of what might be wrong? (I use opengl3 with sdl on VS 2019 10 142).
