Patch release. pyproject.toml version is 0.2.1.

(import haply [+ ⍴ …]) loads again. Package init no longer star-imports the glyph modules; it runs __init__.hy, which binds the names Hy can import.

Already-shipped glyphs run on torch.Tensor and numpy.ndarray. A torch/NumPy mix is a TypeError. Python natives still wait (item 21). Item 48 operators wait.
