Phase 7 NumPy release. pyproject.toml version is 0.2.0.

Already-shipped glyphs run on torch.Tensor and numpy.ndarray. A torch/NumPy mix is a TypeError. Python natives still wait (item 21). Item 48 operators wait.

Install:

uv add "haply @ git+https://github.com/oemaix/haply.git@v0.2.0"
