Added tire model adjustments from Arch with a few very small tweaks by me; fixed a bug in chassis flex stiffness calculation that locked the resultant value of all five options to 2000nm/deg (the lowest possible).

This build requires Custom Shaders Patch version v0.2.6 or later to be installed and configured for Assetto Corsa. Earlier versions of CSP may work, but will not provide representative behavior.
