popupNotify and cardChard2 added

This release add the feature of extended notification cards of popupNotify cards after you leave the screensaver

The cardGrid2 with an 4x2 slot grid is also added:

Fixes:

• Fix an issue with one month shift in screensaver
• Fix an issue in cardChart when no persistence data is available in the selected period
• Improve date format for different languages
