don't run new BF-ant job as develop branch is not ready

Please get that in asap and tag 0.3.2, then we need to bump the version like in ome/infrastructure#144.

This should be reverted once develop is ready to use the new ANT job

Makes sense. The BIOFORMATS-ant job with the current Dockerfile only works with ome/bioformats#2609 included. Merging and tagging, I will revert once the current dev_5_3 Bio-Formats branch is merged into develop
