rc.5 = rc.4 + startupTimeout 90s→300s. Diagnostic logs from rc.4 showed xcodebuild bootstrap on CI macos+Xcode26+iOS26 takes 73s before XCTest is ready, leaving only ~12s for WDA's own startup. 300s gives enough headroom.
