v0.0.11 — the browser moves into the launcher

The browser is now a screen of the launcher rather than a task of its own, so
home and tabs are one surface: no window handover, no flash on the way in, and
the slide goes the way the gesture implies. The tab swipe costs the same on a
tablet as on a phone and no longer amplifies small movements. Every list shows
the same context menu for a result. A page's background is read off the pixels
it actually drew, so dark pages stop washing the bars white.
