What issue are you seeing?
Permission issue:
After setting "Full Access" and agreeing to the warning message, it explicitly says "Permissions updated", after 2 mins working it asks for my approval.
Happens the same on macos codex app, but in a different way:
After a codex app crash (OOM), the same happens, even after setting the option of full access several times
