Codex fails before attaching to both the in-app browser and Chrome controller with windows sandbox failed: helper_unknown_error: setup refresh had errors. Full CDP access is enabled, Chrome is signed in, and the failure occurs before any page inspection.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
