Codex Micro Send Message does not work in ChatGPT Mode

What issue are you seeing?

The Send Message function can send messages if you are in Codex mode, but if you are in ChatGPT mode you get a "This action isn't available here" error.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Hit Send Message with a Codex Micro while in ChatGPT mode.
