[Linux][ChatGPT desktop] Active Codex task does not inhibit system sleep

ChatGPT allows Linux to sleep during active Codex tasks, pausing local work. systemd-inhibit --list shows no blocking ChatGPT/Codex inhibitor.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Enable automatic sleep.
2. Ask Codex to run sleep 900.
3. Stop interacting.
4. The computer sleeps before the task finishes.

...or ask codex if it's currently inhibiting sleep.

What is the expected behavior?

Prevent automatic sleep while a Codex task runs. Release the inhibitor when it ends.

This is a host-lifecycle bug, not a model one.

On Linux, an active Codex Desktop task should hold a systemd-inhibit (What=sleep, Who=codex, Why=active task) for the whole turn and drop it when the turn ends. sleep 900 with no inhibitor is a clean repro: the kernel is allowed to idle-sleep, the local agent process is gone, and the UI has nothing to resume. systemd-inhibit --list showing zero ChatGPT/Codex entries is the smoking gun.

Until that inhibitor exists, a subscription runner on the laptop still dies when the machine sleeps. That is the product limit.
