What issue are you seeing?

I have attempted to send a status report to the source task 01a03b21-c07f-7713-864f-f29b10d74a6f, but the current session does not expose a cross-task messaging interface; the call result was:
TypeError: tools.codex_app__send_message_to_thread is not a function
Therefore, the message was not delivered. I will continue to conduct read-only discovery and subsequent deployment preparations via the shared GitOps repository; if the platform provides this interface or includes the task in the current collaboration tree, I will immediately resend the status.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I don't know.Quite unstable.Reminder, server network down for a while and after it resume some functionality can be resumed.

I just tried calling "send message to chat" again, but this time it didn't go through. The original result was:
This app tool is no longer available through dynamic tools.
Use the codex_app MCP server.
If that server is unavailable on this host, task delegation is unavailable.
The last successful send occurred on a Windows local task; the current token-center-dev host does not expose the new codex_app MCP send interface. The read function is available, but the send function is indeed unavailable for this task.
