Cannot login to Codex CLI using "Sign in with ChatGPT"

What platform is your computer?

Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26100.0 x64

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Start up Codex and select "Sign in with ChatGPT", then proceed to login using username and password with an authenticator code. I opened this window in Firefox.

What is the expected behavior?

Not getting a route error and successfully signing in to Codex CLI.

What do you see instead?

Additional information

This is not a PRO level account, it is a team account that works with the normal login.
