CI cannot start with the inherited action tags, which violate the repository's full-SHA requirement. The Debian 11 job also fails during
apt-get updateafter its security metadata expired.Pin the existing action versions in the CI, style, whitespace, and release workflows, retaining version names in comments. Move the Debian job to Debian 12, which remains supported through June 2028. The dependency setup and build commands are unchanged.
#81 admitted the exact action-pin replacements. #91 permits the additional three-line Debian image update. This is a source review: after the controller policy lands, update the stable plan's topic pin to carry these changes into both
codexandcodex-unstable.Validation: parsed YAML comparisons isolate the intended action pins and Debian matrix update. The new Debian CI jobs are running; style and whitespace checks pass.
