• api: expand Live Decision item and question types. Breaking change in a minor release. Live Decision item events now include messages and function/custom-tool calls and outputs. The public OpenAI::Models::Live::DecisionItemCreateEvent::Item and OpenAI::Models::Live::DecisionItemCreatedEvent::Item constants have been removed; constructing them now raises NameError. For user messages, replace them with OpenAI::Models::Live::DecisionUserMessage and OpenAI::Models::Live::DecisionStoredUserMessage, respectively. For example, use OpenAI::Models::Live::DecisionUserMessage.new(content: "Hello") for a create-event user message. Handle tool-item variants separately instead of assuming every event item has message fields. (#967) (58986a7)
