Includes a bug fix to STAC metadata generation.
Datacube-core now requires Python 3.12 at minimum. The previous minimum Python requirement (3.10)
is only a few months away from end-of-life and it is becoming harder and harder to maintain support
as upstream libraries bump their own minimum requirements.
