How to use

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/openml/OpenML-Paper-Impact-Analysis.git
   
   

2. (Recommended) Create and activate a virtual environment:

   python3.12 -m venv venv
   source venv/bin/activate 

3. Install dependencies:

   pip install -r requirements.txt
   
   

4. Run the analysis notebook scripts/openml_impact_analysis.ipynb

5. Export figures:
   Figures such as Datasets_and_Benchmark_per_year.pdf will be saved in the scripts/ directory.
