Document new deployment features

This has been outstanding for a long time, but we need to merge in this doc https://github.com/openshift/origin/blob/master/examples/deployment/README.md with the general top level deployment docs.

Basically, we need to define two parts - the "why" and the "how", and try to solve use cases as well. People ultimately only use deployments as a means to an end - we need a bit of the philosophy of deployments, a solid grounding in the fundamentals and what use cases they support, and some of the "how do I accomplish X". The doc I linked above is the "how do I accomplish things I know about outside openshift on openshift", and is intended to refine that latter bit, but there's also a lot of other doc we can add.

I probably won't get time to dive into this before 1.3, but I definitely want to help streamline and improve the docs even more later.
