@bergerhoffer, this looks broken between main and enterprise-4.20:

ERROR (release_notes/addtl-release-notes.adoc): "xref:../observability/logging/logging-6.2/log6x-release-notes-6.2.adoc#log6x-release-notes-6-2[{logging-uc}]" appears to try to reference a file not included in the "openshift-enterprise" distro
