…Updates to test_inputs test_variant1 2 3 and 4 test_issue_651a and 651b, added test issue_786_part A1. Also updates to test_variant76. Relates to #786 and #651 where it updates the output of 651. The result for these tests is completion of circilar processing g > c > g again. In test_variant76, GRCh37 and GRCh38 have unequal deletion lengths which are now handled correctly and circular and independently in the same call
