Breaking Changes

  • Method public java.lang.String getUsageRecordId() has been removed from the model com.oracle.bmc.self.model.CreateSubscriptionUsageRecordDetails in the Service Enablement Lifecycle Framework service

  • Client-side decryption using KmsMasterKeyProvider(KmsMasterKey) now rejects encrypted blobs whose master key ID, vault ID, or region differs from the configured key. To decrypt data encrypted with different KMS keys, use KmsMasterKeyProvider(BasicAuthenticationDetailsProvider).

  • Client-side decryption using KmsMasterKeyProvider(BasicAuthenticationDetailsProvider) now requires the region to be known independently of the encrypted blob through built-in SDK definitions, Region.register(...), supported region metadata configuration, opted-in Instance Metadata Service (IMDS), or an exact region match on ConfigFileAuthenticationDetailsProvider or SessionTokenAuthenticationDetailsProvider. A region resolved only through implicit OC1 or OCI_DEFAULT_REALM fallback is rejected. If a region is not yet included in this SDK release, register it or supply region metadata before decrypting.
