@asomansharshar2010-glitch this name-matching loop happens a lot with Arabic (and other non-Latin) documents. Matching Arabic on the profile doesn't always satisfy the checker if billing/profile fields or OCR still disagree.

Try this order:

  1. Put your name in both Arabic and a consistent Latin transliteration where GitHub lets you (profile name vs billing). Keep spelling identical across attempts.
  2. Prefer a school-issued English document if your uni provides one (enrollment letter / ID with Latin script). That clears a lot of these.
  3. Use the phone camera in good light, flat doc, no glare. Avoid screenshots of PDFs.
  4. Apply once per clear change. Rapid retries with tiny edits often keep failing…
