cannot create a new organization

I just newly sign up my account. Stuck at creating a new organization prior to a new project. No error pop up. Click btn, nothing happened. No clue what's going on.

EDIT: it log me out and cannot log in anymore, just shown invalid credentials, but my pwd is correct.

Is this the reason that my dashboard is blank and it says it cannot create a profile?

Hard to know. The issue would be can't log back in after you have issues.

There is another dashboard issue where you can login and sometimes projects can't load. That is rarer and still be looked at from what I've been told.

Contact support if you can logout and login as it is not this issue.

Supposedly there is some hangup also if you have multiple github accounts linked to Supabase, change your email at Github, or signed up with email and then use Github signin with a different email....

has the issue been resolved? just made a new account and the input form details just show up on the url when i try to make new organization. is there a fix for this?

Not sure, I’m new to this whole back end thing. I want to use it for lovable.dev for a cybersecurity final year project. I’ll try again now to see if anything has changed and get back to you.

I tried to open a support request, but due to an error with the organization, I was unable to send it because it says I'm not in an organization. I'm trying to create on SA region

Experiencing the same thing. Just copied the support email and sent an email support request externally.

Then send email to support@supabase.com.
Supabase is not likely to see your issues here and this is a 8month old post on a different issue with creating orgs.

They (Supabase) seem to be aware of an org generation issue and said it should be resolving shortly if not already.
But there are many ways for orgs and projects to lock so still could be something else.
