My Supabase project disappeared after being paused

Hello Supabase team,

I need your help with a missing project.

I have a Free plan and my project was automatically paused due to inactivity. After that, the project completely disappeared from my dashboard instead of remaining visible as a paused project.

Important details:

• This is the correct account.
• This is the correct organization.
• I have already submitted a support ticket over two weeks ago but have not received a response.
• The organization still exists, but it shows no active or paused projects.
• The project reference is: vzbjihnriyspkuouhodh
• The project name was; Trust Transfer

This project contains months of development work and I cannot continue working because it is no longer visible.

Could you please check whether the project still exists and help restore access to it?

Only support can tell you details. If you drop your ticket # we mods have an informal path to Supabase to make sure ticket is right queue.

You really need to look into any other possible accounts it could be in. Vercel created? Wrong primary email on Github?
Any chance it was transferred to another org?

Paused projects don't get deleted.

If your project was deleted there is no recovery for it.

I added to the queue.
You really should keep sorting if you really are in the right account though because if you are then there will likely be no recovery.

I am 100% certain that this is the correct account and the correct organization.
I also have the original Supabase email confirming that project vzbjihnriyspkuouhodh was paused, not deleted.
I will wait for Support to verify its status.
