Locked out — request to add ticket SU-438621 to informal escalation queue (2FA/MFA issue)

Hi team,

I've submitted a support ticket (SU-438621) regarding a 2FA/MFA issue on my account, but as a direct email submission it may have been routed to the Free-tier queue rather than flagged properly.

Plan: Free. Issue: I have 2FA enabled on my Supabase account, and I normally log in via my linked GitHub account (GitHub username: wmaaskant-hash). I can provide additional proof of ownership (billing email, organisation name, project ref) if needed.

Could a maintainer please add ticket SU-438621 to the informal escalation queue so the team can verify ownership and help resolve the MFA issue? Happy to provide any additional details.

You say to avoid the Free queue, but then say you are a Free plan...

How long has your ticket been submitted? The informal queue is for tickets that might be lost or making sure Pro is not treated as free using email tickets.

Right now the account group is taking over a week. Also 2fa restore is not guaranteed, especially with out billing info. Email/project id/keys are not enough.

To answer your questions: ticket SU-438621 was submitted today (4 August 2026), so it's very recent — I understand the account group queue is currently over a week, so I don't expect immediate action, just wanted to get it in the queue early. You're right that I'm on the Free plan, so I don't have billing/invoice records to prove ownership. What I can offer instead: my GitHub account is linked as the login method for this Supabase account (GitHub username: wmaaskant-hash), and I also have DNS/domain ownership of the live site tied to this project (project ref hbeoywfubjyldfafqlsd) if that helps establish ownership.
