Project affected by ongoing "Increased response times" incident (Aug 27, 17:20 UTC) #49697
|
My project (ref: kcitznsmwcppasmkcosf) has been experiencing severe, sustained query latency since your "Increased response times for requests" incident began (Aug 27, 17:20 UTC, status page ID referenced on your incidents page). Simple queries that normally complete in under 100ms are consistently taking 4-9 seconds, and this has been ongoing for over 20 hours now with no visible improvement despite your 13:10 UTC update saying the remediation rollback was in progress. This is affecting a production application in active daily use. I've ruled out issues on my end — confirmed via direct, repeated query timing tests against the database that bypass my application entirely, so this is isolated to the database/API layer. Could you confirm: Whether my project's region/instance has received the rollback fix yet, or is still pending |

Hopefully with the latest status now your case is resolved. In the future the only way to get a project looked at is thru a support request. No one from Github or Discord will lbe able to look at your project. Also you will not get timelines or exact details here. |
