I can't seem to get the docs to build

The build command in docs is

"build": "npm run gen:all && docusaurus build"

However, this won't work at all for me. I get the error below

Nevermind, the tool I used to clone the repo didn't pull everything. For example, the references folder is missing for me locally. Let me reclone.
