feat: add Lumen Codex marketplace entry

Summary

• add Lumen to the Codex marketplace catalog
• resolve the native package from plugins/lumen instead of the repository-root Claude package
• scope the entry to Codex with install-time authentication policy

Why

The repository-root Lumen package is Claude-specific and leaves ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT} unresolved in Codex. The native package introduced by ory/lumen#184 lives under plugins/lumen.

Rollout dependency

Keep this PR in draft until ory/lumen#184 is merged and the native package is available on the referenced branch/release.

Validation

• parsed and validated the marketplace JSON
• Codex 0.147.0 accepted the marketplace with codex plugin marketplace add
• the paired Lumen PR runs fresh-install tools/list, health_check, real fixture search, and non-zero chunk assertions
