With this major version bump, support was removed for hiding things in the old Twitter UI (pre-2019).
If you still need that, please use the v1.4.4 legacy version.

Help beta test version 2.0

⚠️ Before you install the beta, disable any previous version of Better Twitter installed on your browser. Two versions will conflict.

Download this version (v2.0-beta.zip or v2.0-beta.tar.gz), unarchive it, and install from source:

Google Chrome

  1. Navigate to chrome://extensions in Chrome's URL bar
  2. Click the Developer mode toggle
  3. Click Load unpacked
  4. Select the unarchvied extension

Firefox

  1. Navigate to about:debugging#addons
  2. Click Load Temporary Add-on
  3. Select manifest.json from the unarchived extension
