See the updated instructions. It requires this branch from Ignition Gazebo.

This pull request keeps the vehicle stable at the water surface. Note that there's no hydrodynamics yet. The future hydrodynamics should remove the minimum bounce that we still get.

nice, this works for me. I tried spinning the thrusters but the boat didn't go forward. I think that's because it needs the hydrodynamics plugin?
