`humility host last-panic` fails with `member missing from struct: last_boot_fail`

Asked @adamlouis to take a core dump for me to review. A cursory look of hubris code and the symbols present in the firmware image look reasonable (and that I would expect to work).

I'll see if the core dump repros this, if not I'll find a way to test it on a bench here.

humility dump files are in /staff/adam/humility-727 for two systems showing this behavior.

humility host last-panic shows a different error against the dumps (not sure if some other option is required in dump capture) -

humility host failed: Could not find host boot variables under any known name; is this a Gimlet image?

@adamlouis I figured out what went wrong, we changed a variable name at the last moment in reviews, and humility didn't get updated. I'll have a fix for you shortly.
