The service park's weather forecast stays on its panel on later rally days.

• Fix the extra weather symbols and arrows spreading across the service park, as reported at 3440x1440 (#30). The forecast was reading its first stage from a separate variable that stayed at zero, so later days included stale entries. It now reads the stage from the first preview panel, as the original game does.

Tested locally on Linux x86-64 and i686: all 36 tests pass, including a new regression for the forecast values, sprite counts and bounds at 640x480, 1024x768, 1920x1080 and 3440x1440, with and without menu scaling. The corresponding decompilation fix also passes 305 forecast cases against the original executable, with no loss of byte-exact functions. Release packages are built and tested by GitHub Actions for each supported platform.

You need your own original PC Colin McRae Rally 2.0 game data. The downloads contain only the port, its dependencies and licences.
