This release archives manuscript v1.2.13, a disclosure and notation revision derived from v1.2.12.

Reproducible manuscript build

The deterministic manuscript build was attested with pdfTeX 1.40.25 / TeX Live 2023 (Debian), using:

  • SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH=1786789922
  • FORCE_SOURCE_DATE=1
  • three pdflatex passes

The rebuilt PDF is byte-identical to the repository PDF.

Scientific boundary

This release changes no theorem-bearing source, certificate, protocol, JSON, atlas, numerical constant, gate threshold, Arb computation, or C4-E2b proof dependency.

  • GLOBAL_FLOW_CLAIMED=false
  • The theorem-bearing boundary remains v0.7.4 + v0.9.3.
  • C4-E2b remains outside the proof dependency boundary.
