Fixed

• Leaving a large map no longer crashes the app. Closing a map
  freed the PDF document while a tile was still being rendered,
  which killed the process. On a big map each tile takes long enough
  that one was almost always still in flight when you pressed back,
  so the crash was near-certain on something like the
  Mapa de Recorridos del Gran Santiago; smaller maps
  finished rendering too quickly to hit it.

Installs over v1.1.0 without uninstalling.
