Parley v0.31.1
You can type a question mark again.
0.30.0 introduced the keyboard cheat sheet and put its chord, ⇧?, into the macOS menu bar. That was the wrong place for it. macOS matches a menu shortcut before the keystroke reaches whatever you are typing into, so the menu claimed the ? character ahead of every text field in the app — renaming a folder, asking a question in the Ask panel, searching a transcript. The character never landed and the cheat sheet opened instead.
⇧? still opens the cheat sheet, but it is handled by the app itself now, which means it respects the rule every other shortcut already followed: not while you are typing. The Help menu keeps an entry, and its shortcut is ⌘? — the usual macOS one for help, and safe precisely because nobody types ⌘? into a sentence.
Every other keyboard shortcut is unchanged. This was the only one that had been given a menu shortcut without a Command key; the other thirteen always carried one, and a test now refuses to let another through.
If you installed 0.30.0 or 0.31.0, this is the update that fixes it.
Nothing changes on iOS or Android.
