Pathrule Core v0.2.0
Ships with @pathrule/cli v0.2.0. This snapshot is the engine that binary bundles.
Highlights
- Path regions. Pathrule can now own a bounded section of an agent instruction file your project already had, instead of taking the file over. Everything outside its region is left untouched.
- Region recovery. If that section is edited or deleted by hand, the engine detects it and restores it, so a stray edit does not silently stop context delivery.
- Agent instruction channels. Delivery targets are derived per agent rather than configured one by one, so adding an agent does not mean re-declaring where its instructions live.
- Leaf-type and ownership resolution. New helpers decide what a path actually is and who owns a managed file, which is what makes the region model safe on an existing repository.
- Wider backend contract suite. The suite covers more of the
KnowledgeBackendseam, so an alternative backend has more to prove itself against. - Correct native dependency range. The package now declares the
better-sqlite3major it is genuinely built and tested against.
Notes
The contract suite runs with plain vitest run. pnpm install && pnpm typecheck && pnpm test is green on a clean clone.
